Global Re-Launches Iconic Hammersmith Towers Site With Brand Partners –
McDonald’s, Sky, Tesco, Disney And Lloyds
Global, the Media and Entertainment group, have launched over 100 new premium digital screens this year, unveiled a new design language for their sites and re-launched the iconic Hammersmith Towers.
Despite the challenges of 2020 for the outdoor sector, Global has underscored its commitment to the medium with its ongoing investment and innovation.
The ‘jewel in the crown’ has been the complete renovation of the iconic Hammersmith Towers in London. McDonald’s, Sky, Tesco, Lloyds and Disney are the advertising launch partners to celebrate the reopening of the famous sites.
At launch, Sky, Tesco and McDonald’s display seasonal campaigns across the new premium sites and concurrently roll out Christmas ad campaigns across Global’s wider estate, tapping into an incremental audience of millions of commercial radio and podcasts listeners.
Reaching an affluent roadside audience on the West London gateway to the A4 and M4 motorway, the high-impact, HD screens have been enhanced to deliver exceptional, consistent display quality, day and night.
As audiences continue to bounce back, the iconic sites offer advertisers a stand-out creative canvas that will capture people heading in and out of the capital.
Hammersmith Towers are just two of 100 new sites launched by Global in 2020, taking its tally to 390 – the UK’s biggest Digital Large Format portfolio. In the past year, Global’s commitment to Large Format – highlighted by its Think Bigger campaign – has also seen the launch of 75 new D48s, as well as D96s and DM6s to complement its national offering. The new screens also see the debut of Global’s new fully illuminated branding bar, which will be seen on all new sites as the portfolio continues to expand.
“With the launch of brand-new products and market leading initiatives, 2020 has seen Global become more innovative and agile than ever before.
The Hammersmith Towers sites are powerful assets within Global’s advertising estate and the re-launch alongside our continued investment in Outdoor demonstrates our commitment to providing our advertising partners with world-class environments to connect with audiences at scale.”
