JNOR (Joint National Outdoor Research) is delighted to announce the appointment of Ian McShane as Non-Executive Chair. Mr. McShane will oversee the architecture and delivery of the new JNOR research project, which is being conducted by Ipsos, a global leader in market research. JNOR is funded by the OMA (Outdoor Media Association) stakeholders Clear Channel, Global, JCDecaux, PML Group, and Talon.

 

Ian McShane brings with him a wealth of experience and a distinguished career in research roles across various industries. His strategic insight and proven track record make him the ideal person to guide this significant industry research initiative.

 

The new JNOR research project, spearheaded by Ipsos, will deliver a new all Island of Ireland Outdoor Media advertising measurement system. The new Out of Home (OOH) audience measurement system will reflect the recent developments in the outdoor industry and will deliver enhanced capacity to analyse OOH campaign performance, including Digital at a highly detailed level across diverse target groups, locations, and formats.
