Joint National Outdoor Research (JNOR) is the independent, industry approved audience measurement tool for outdoor campaigns in Northern Ireland.
JNOR provides detailed audience delivery metrics such as campaign reach and frequency, but also probability-based visibility scores known as Visibility Adjusted Contacts (VAC). The research also factors in campaign variables such as seasonality and campaign length to provide increased accuracy and accountability for advertisers.
