Bank on Global in 2024 for fresh and local insight
We’re kicking off a brand-new year with fresh and local insight on banking. We asked our 3,000 strong NI audience insight community about their current financial situation, but also their outlook for the next year.
They also told us about their mobile/online banking habits with 37% using online/mobile banking daily and a further fifth doing so every other day. It’s an influencing factor when it comes to choosing a banking provider with 8in10 saying “a great mobile banking app is important”. On average, our community make 22% of their payments in cash and 78% via other means including 53% via bank card, 23% via smartphone and 2% via smartwatch.
The full results from our banking and personal finance survey are available from 15th January.
