The concept of the study was simple. A secret agent themed call-to-action campaign was displayed across various bus formats with audiences encouraged to join the investigation by visiting a dedicated website and complete a short surveillance report. All metrics including site visits, unique users, engagement levels and audience sentiment were tracked and monitored throughout.
