The UK’s biggest Christmas party is back! Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard will be making its spectacular return this December to The O2, London. The world’s biggest stars
will be taking to the stage at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard which takes place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th December at The O2. The annual sell-out festive show will also be streamed LIVE on Global Player.
This morning (Wednesday 15th November) on Capital Breakfast, hosts Roman Kemp, Chris Stark, Sian Welby confirmed Alicia Keys, Tom Grennan, Busted, Tate McRae, Becky Hill, ArrDee, Leigh-Anne, Nathan Dawe, and Jax Jones as the first huge names playing night one of Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard on Saturday 9th December.
Capital Breakfast announced that 15-time Grammy award-winning superstar Alicia Keys will play night one of the Ball. Alicia Keys has built an unparalleled repertoire of hits including ‘Fallin’, ‘No One’, ‘Empire State of Mind,’ and ‘If I Ain’t Got You’, and has cemented herself as one of the greatest R&B singers of all time. Alicia will bring her phenomenal vocals and her signature sound to the stage, promising a set filled with some of her greatest hits.
British singer-songwriter Tom Grennan will take to the stage at the Ball. Tom Grennan’s hattrick of hits include, ‘Found What I’ve Been Looking For’, ‘Little Bit of Love’ and his collab with KSI, ‘Not Over Yet’, which debuted at number one on the Sky VIP Official Big Top 40 by Global. His vocals are sure to get the crowd going this Christmas!
Currently having a huge year, iconic British band Busted will make their debut at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard. The multi-BRIT award winning group delighted fans as they reunited back in 2015 and recently embarked on a huge 15-date UK tour. Known for their huge hits ‘Year 3000’, ‘Crashed the Wedding’ and ‘What I Go To School For’, Bustedwill bring the throwback vibes to the Ball filled with noughties nostalgia.
Singer and songwriter Tate McRae will also make her debut at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard this year. The Canadian star is a viral-sensation after climbing the charts with her massive hits ‘greedy’, ‘you broke me first’ and ‘she’s all i wanna be’ and will deliver a show-stopping performance to Capital listeners.
A Capital favourite, Becky Hill joins the line-up at the Ball and will be setting the stage alight with her incredible vocals. The two-time BRIT award and female electronic music pioneer has collaborated with some of the biggest names in music including David Guetta, Chase & Status, Tiësto and Netsky.
Rap breakthrough artist ArrDee joins the bill for the Ball. ArrDee made his Jingle Bell Balldebut back in 2021 and has trailblazed his way through the UK rap scene with his huge hits including; ‘Oliver Twist’, ‘Flowers (Say My Name)’ and ‘War’ and will bring an unmissable performance to the stage this Christmas.
Singer-songwriter Leigh-Anne performed first ever live showcase to Capital listeners at Capital Up Close Presents Leigh-Anne this summer, and now will be performing once again for Capital listeners, with Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard being her biggest solo-performance yet! Leigh-Anne rose to fame as a member of one of the best-selling girl groups of all time, Little Mix. Little Mix, who have been crowned with three BRIT awards and six Global Awards, have released a long list of chart-topping tracks including ‘Shout Out To My Ex’, ‘Wings’ and ‘Sweet Melody’.
Nathan Dawe, one of the hottest acts to break out of the UK dance scene in recent years, joins the line-up for the Ball. The chart-topping DJ and producer has scored number one hits on the Sky VIP Official Big Top 40 from Global chart with his tracks ‘Lighter’ and ‘0800 HEAVEN’ and his most recent collaboration with Bebe Rexha ‘Heart Still Beating’ continues to climb the chart.
Jax Jones will ignite the party at The O2 as he takes over the decks and delivers a spectacular festive set at Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard. Jax Jones is a huge favourite with Capital listeners and has collaborated on massive hits including ‘One Touch’ with Jess Glynne; ‘This Is Real’ with Ella Henderson and ‘Play’ with Years & Years.
