Mark Wright To Present Two Feel-Good Weekend Shows

James Stewart To Replace Jenni Falconer On Weekday Early Breakfast

Heart, the UK’s number one commercial radio brand with 9.8 million listeners, has revealed a number of schedule changes for 2020.

Weekends are being refreshed with JK and Kelly Brook moving to Saturday mid-mornings, playing the best feel good songs from 9am12pm.

Mark Wright will present two new weekend shows every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm4pm bringing plenty of fun and energy to the afternoon.

Zoe Hardman is installed as Heart weekend breakfast, brightening listeners’ day from 6am9am every Saturday and Sunday.

Mother Pukka founder Anna Whitehouse will present her own show on Sunday nights 10pm1am, chatting everything from sex and relationships to parenting. Ellie Taylor will be taking a break from the show after a year and a half of entertaining listeners across the country to focus on her TV work in 2020. She’ll be continuing her relationship with Heart, with her weekly podcast Ellie and Anna Have Issues.

In addition to the weekend changes, Jenni Falconer will be leaving Heart where she has been the weekday early breakfast host. An exciting announcement about Jenni’s future plans will be announced by Global in January.

James Stewart will take over from Jenni, presenting Monday to Friday 4am6.30am ahead of Heart Breakfast with Jamie Theakston and Amanda Holden.

“Wow, how exciting is this – It’s such an honour to be stepping into the shoes of the brilliant Jenni Falconer, presenting on the biggest commercial station across five days a week! I’ve been part of the Heart family for three years now and can’t wait to get started on this new show”
