first contact

As experts in radio and outdoor, each of our teams play a vital role in getting your adverts live.

When you first get in touch, you’ll be assigned a local Account Manager who will be your main contact through every step of your process. They’ll contact you within 24 hours to understand what you want to achieve, who you want to target and can make recommendations about effective solutions that will work within your budget.

If you already know what type of campaign you’d like, your Account Manager will talk you through the process and costs.

If you’d like recommendations about the most effective solutions, your Account Manager can visit you to learn more about your business, or you can do this by video call or phone.

Once they have taken a detailed brief, your Account Manager will then put together some ideas and plans for you. We have some brilliant research tools that give us insights into your target customers and they’ll use these to find the best products and brands to reach them.

Your Account Manager will work with our knowledgeable and experienced planning teams to craft the perfect recommendation, ensuring that we optimise your schedule and give you the best rates for maximum return-on-investment.

If you don’t already have radio or outdoor creative, we can help with this too. We have a team of over 50 amazing creative writers and designers who make ads for businesses across the UK every day.

Your assigned Creative Manager will understand your local area and knows our products and brands inside out. Whether it’s our Digital Specialists providing cutting-edge targeting, our Producers creating award-winning campaigns across audio and video or our Media Solutions team creating the strategy behind it all – they are experts at making ads that cut through, connect with audiences and deliver results.

ready to book

Did you know that you could be on-air with us in just 72 hours after your first contact?

Once you’re happy with the campaign and creative, you’re ready to book.

There’s never any obligation to buy but, if you do, you’ll be asked to sign a contract via our eSign system which will contain all of the information & delivery so that you know what to expect.

Once you get confirmation of all the campaign details, we’ll do the rest, including copy clearance, ad production and distribution. We’ll ensure a fast and efficient turn around to meet your deadlines.

going live

Your account manager will then work with you to get your campaign live, introducing you to various other members of the team that may be relevant, such as our Creative Writers and Media Solutions experts. They can also advise on how to monitor it from start to finish.

If you’ve booked an outdoor campaign, you’ll be sent proof of posting (photographs of your live campaign) or we can provide transmission reports for your audio ads.

post campaign support

Once the campaign is live, your account manager will regularly check in with you to make sure everything is going well, and provide you with opportunities to change the messaging should you wish.

After your campaign has finished, your Account Manager will hold a post-campaign consultation to make sure that it has delivered all your objectives. They will analyse the results and be able to make recommendations for your next campaign.
