The biggest party of the summer, Capital’s Summertime Ball is simply the largest event of its kind.

Hit music artists jet in from all over the world to perform in front of 80,000 people at Wembley Stadium. In 2024, David Guetta, RAYE, Sabrina Carpenter, Meghan Trainor, Perrie and Sugababes were just some of the huge artists who joined us for one epic party!

Capital's Jingle Bell Ball

The UK’s biggest Christmas party, Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball is the official start of Christmas.

Hit music artists jet in from all over the world to perform across two nights in front of sold-out crowds at London’s o2 Arena.

Capital Up Close

Capital Up Close gives audiences a live music experience like no other, with world-famous artists performing exclusively for Capital and Barclaycard at intimate venues across the UK.

Artists who have previously performed for the series include Ed Sheeran, Ariana Grande, Liam Payne, Anne-Marie, Mabel and most recently, Years & Years.

The Global Awards

Celebrating the stars of music, news and entertainment, with this year’s categories including Best Female, Best Male, Best Group, Best Classical Artist, Best Indie Act, and Rising Star.

Over the past four years, The Global Awards has produced performances from some of the world’s greatest artists including Camila Cabello, Sam Smith, Little Mix, Mark Ronson, Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, David Guetta, Stereophonics and Andrea Bocelli.

Classic FM Live

An electrifying night of star-studded classical performances brought to you twice a year by Classic FM.

Staged at London’s iconic Royal Albert Hall, performers at the most recent Classic FM Live included world-renowned operatic soprano Danielle de Niese, star American baritenor Michael Spyres, and boy treble Malakai Bayoh, accompanied by the English National Opera Orchestra and Chorus.

Radio X Presents

Radio X brings its listeners closer to the biggest names from indie and rock with two intimate events held at venues across the UK.

At Radio X Presents, listeners are treated to performances from artists such as Liam Gallagher, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Sam Fender, Jake Bugg, Tom Grennan, DMA’S, The Vaccines and most recently, Nothing But Thieves.

Heart Live brings our listeners in close, giving them the chance to win tickets exclusively to see their favourite artists at intimate venues.

Capital XTRA Homegrown & Reloaded Live

Capital XTRA’s Homegrown Live is an unmissable event which brings together the UK’s hottest hip-hop, RnB and grime artists. Taking place at intimate London venues, Capital XTRA Reloaded Live takes the station’s flagship throwback show from the studio to the stage, with old-skool sets mixed by the station’s biggest presenters.
