Global manages the advertising space inside and outside of all Arriva buses. Arriva Group, based in Sunderland, is one of the UK’s oldest bus operators.

Arriva London has been operating buses in the capital since 1980, with over 100 routes under contract to Transport for London. Of Arriva London’s fleet of 1600 vehicles 300 are Routemasters. Arriva London transports over 300 million passengers across the city.

TfL buses

TfL and Global help clients reach millions of customers travelling on the TfL network every day in London. Global can book and help plan your campaign as we exclusively manage the advertising contracts across all Transport for London buses and Victoria Coach Station.

TfL buses travel a staggering 286 million miles yearly. London Bus Services Limited (London Buses) is also part of Transport for London. London passenger journeys accounted for 52% of all passenger journeys made by local buses in England.

Abellio is contracted to TfL to operate over 800 buses across six Central, South and West London depots, carrying over 150 million customers annually. Abellio has 2500 employees who operate 51 bus routes. The bus company is one of London’s fastest-growing bus operators.

Like many Global bus company partners, Abellio is committed to a cleaner, greener capital. Abellio’s 111th electric bus went into operation in July 2023. Abellio Bus is part of Transport UK, which operates four rail companies. East Midlands Railway, Greater Anglia, Merseyrail, and West Midlands Trains and in 2023 employed 15,000 people.

go-ahead bus

5550 buses, 25% of all London buses.

The Go-Ahead Group plc is a transport company based in Newcastle. One of Global’s media partners, Go Ahead operates across the UK, Ireland, and Singapore.

Go Ahead operates approximately 5,550 buses across the UK, with ‘Go Ahead London’ running 2350 vehicles, making it the largest bus company in the capital. Go-Ahead manages routes within the capital on behalf of Transport for London (TfL).

Go-Ahead Bus converted its Waterloo bus garage into Europe’s largest all-electric fleet and depot facility, which won the 2019 Energy Globe Award (Nature’s Nobel Prize).

NAT Cardiff (New Adventure Travel)
