Global, the Media & Entertainment group, has formally changed the brand Exterion Media in Spain for Global, grouping the Outdoor portfolio under this brand.
Exterion Media was acquired by Global in 2018, making the latter one of the leading companies in the Outdoor market in Spain, as well as one of the largest outdoor advertising companies in Europe.
There has been a significant growth and development of Global’s outdoor advertising portfolio across Spain in recent years, including an upcoming digital expansion.
Global Spain is an expert in attracting Outdoor audiences with different formats and settings, including transport, digital and large formats. It is also a leading company in outdoor advertising on buses, managing over 5,700 nationwide, with a total of 17 concessions and over 4,000 Large Formats.

FROM ACQUISITION TO REBRANDING IN 3 YEARS
The British radio broadcasting giant Global (Heart, Capital, LBC, Classic FM, Smooth, Capital XTRA and Radio X) confirmed the acquisition of Exterion Media, a company specialising in outdoor advertising with divisions in The Netherlands, Ireland and Spain, in June 2018.
Global Spain is undergoing a full rebranding and new, more robust, positioning with significant international scope.

REBRANDING: BLUE
As a result of its rebranding, the Company has a new logo, corporate image and is basing its brand philosophy on emotionally moving their audiences. And it has readied all communication mediums in order to improve and better serve its advertisers.
Four tones of blue feature Global Spain’s new business image, as well as a dynamic and highly organic lowercase logo, strongly featured in its new website (global.com/es) where images and industry figures with charts show Global’s credibility and strength.
